			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here is the story of the lopsided beer-belly oak tree that consumes his life filling up his tummy with alcoholic beverages-beer being his most loved, passing his time away on hot sun-drenched days and cold winter evenings. Regardless of how tough his mates tried to get him to consume water with his roots from the passing stream, the lopsided beer-belly tree refused. His pals however were able to fit in close to two hours of solid training during the day and a lot of water to ensure their survival-and their health well into their senior oak tree years.</p>
<p>However, unbeknownst to the lopsided beer-belly tree, his mates who were a lot older in years and wisdom to their beer-belly friend, had been planning a surprise lesson for him. They wanted nothing more than to ensure their friend lived healthily and for many more years to come, one day surpassing the older oak trees in the meadow-and making certain oak trees would live on for several more generations ahead.</p>
<p>One day once the beer-belly oak tree was sleeping, after observing precisely how far in decline their friend had gotten, they all got together and started planting weeds close to the base of their pal&#8217;s trunk. Their beloved friend the lopsided beer belly oak tree had become completely unaware that his branches had been getting very thin and his leaves murky green and full of leaf rot. Therefore, their strategy was to help him silently. The weeds would slowly grow and take up some of the oxygen that their oak tree friend needed. It wouldn&rsquo;t choke him, but it would mean their beer belly friend would at least have to begin physical exercise. </p>
<p>Weeks passed and the weeds began to get the job done, they were growing quick in the refreshing spring temperatures and day-by-day the lopsided beer belly tree was starting to feel weak-and with that came a dreaded feeling that he would have to at least start some physical exercise. &ldquo;Maybe I will join you today,&rdquo; he mentioned. &ldquo;At least, for ten minutes, after all, I wish to be strong for the female oaks in the meadow,&rdquo; he mentioned while proudly pushing out his chest.</p>
<p>Their strategy was working and in not much time, they saw their friend exercise and drink a lot of water and drop the beer from the menu. He grew in stature and energy, happiness and an excitement for life that excelled all the plans that they had for their mate. With no need to tell their friend, who was now recognized as the happy, handsome proud oak, what they had done, as they were simply over the moon to observe their friend now thriving in the meadow, standing tall proudly looking over the city below them.</p>

The gym is a motivating place in which other people around you motivate you to work harder. <p>When you are exercising, it is important to manage your schedule correctly. Spending too much time on a machine can cause your muscles to relax too much to a point where the workout is not beneficial and you might as well not continue. On the other hand, working out for too little of time on a machine will only warm up your muscles and no work will actually be done to enhance them. The perfect routines will include approximately three sets of twelve on a machine with twenty to thirty second breaks in between each one. Waiting any more than that can cause your muscles to relax too much.</p>
<p>Another important tip to remember is that when you are at the gym, it is important to not spend all of your time on a scale or looking at yourself. This is only a [distraction|disruption} and it can cause you some mental distress. Check your weight once or twice a week instead of everyday and workout in an area with minimal mirrors if it annoys you. Going to the gym can be enjoyable, but you have to make it work!</p>
