It was inexpensive, easy to pump up, and is very sturdy for exercising. It comes with some odd black tape item, but we never could figure out the instructions as to what it was to be used for in pumping up the ball, and ended up not needing it anyways. After reading reviews of other body balls I expected some sort of smell, but there wasn't one. The measuring tape was easy to use and very helpful in pumping the ball to the correct circumference. Very sturdy and durable. The chart it came with is helpful for getting started. Would give - 1/2 star for the air pump continuously popping out of the ball during inflation - very annoying.
