It's awesome!!! Very smooth with nice resistance. The heart rate programs are nice as well. The bike is very stable with awesome console features. The only negatives that I see are the adjustable handlebars are poorly designed and the fans on the console are a joke. I would highly recommend this bike to a fitness enthusiast.
